Our History
The Medina Mavens began in August 2022 when three friends got together after the Dobbs decision overturned Roe v Wade.
Their angst over women's rights in the US had been growing since 2016, so they decided to partner with a national,
non-partisan organization, Red Wine & Blue, in restoring women's reproductive rights.
~
Today, the Medina Mavens is an inclusive, non-partisan organization of over 1,100 people from all walks of life.
Our mission is to educate, motivate, and activate our members to advocate for:
Public Education
Humane and Effective Immigration Policies
LGBTQIA+ Equality and Rights
Gun Violence Prevention and Gun Safety
Reproductive Rights and Public Health
Voting Rights and Civic Participation
Protecting and Strengthening Democracy

We hope you will join us!
